The ‘Sharkbanz 2’ product is automatically protected from defects resulting from faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Our ‘Sharkbanz Hassle-Free Extended 5-Year Limited Warranty – No Paperwork Required – Digital Receipt’ certificate extends the warranty period to 5 years from the date of the original ‘Sharkbanz 2’ purchase. This ‘Hassle-Free Extended 5-Year Limited Warranty’ protects from defects resulting from faulty workmanship or materials.

If you experience any defects with your ‘Sharkbanz 2’ during this covered 5-Year period, please contact support@sharkbanz.com with your Order # and an explanation of your issue. One of our California representatives will assist you within 24-48 hours regarding a new replacement unit. Easy as that.

The ‘Sharkbanz Hassle-Free Extended 5-Year Limited Warranty – No Paperwork Required – Digital Receipt’ applies only to our ‘Sharkbanz 2’ product purchased directly through Sharkbanz.com with a valid proof of purchase (standard customer email receipt/confirmation). The ‘Hassle-Free Extended 5-Year Limited Warranty’ applies only to one (1) ‘Sharkbanz 2’ unit at a time; it does not cover multiple units. Each ‘Sharkbanz 2’ purchase requires its own ‘Hassle-Free Extended 5-Year Limited Warranty’, so if you purchase multiple ‘Sharkbanz 2’ units, you will need to purchase multiple warranties.

Our standard Conditions of Use remain in effect with this warranty. Buyer/Wearer agrees to our ‘Conditions of Use’ when using Sharkbanz products.

Please be aware:

Magnetic fields can cause damage to media, batteries, hard drives, cameras, and other electronic devices, especially over extended periods of time. Keep Sharkbanz a minimum of 12 inches from any batteries, computers, cellphones and credit cards at all times.

Sharkbanz should not be subjected to heat exceeding 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Excessive heat will result in permanent damage to the band and to the magnets and will not be covered under warranty.

Magnets are flammable and exposure to excessive heat could result in igniting a fire or creating toxic fumes. Sharkbanz should be kept out of direct sun in cars and next to windows.

Users should never tamper with the Sharkbanz device and should not attempt to directly access enclosed magnet. Doing so will cause permanent damage to the product, and may cause injury, could ignite a fire, and will invalidate any warranty on the product.

Buyer acknowledges that Sharkbanz are a deterrent to shark interactions and that there is NO GUARANTEE of zero shark interactions. Wearer assumes all risk.
